Recently, KSTP.com - a Minnesota news station - reported there are many calls coming into the city asking for snow removal. The reason there is so much snow to be shoveled: Foreclosures. The city charges to remove snow, but who gets the bill? Deservedly so, the bank that foreclosed on their customers.
I wonder if the bank would somehow try to line item that on the victim of the bad loan.
