Coalescence of Two Ideas

I have long since lost count of how many good ideas people have to put into operation that I could have had.

One idea I am certain I thought of first was twitter and now even The President does it. sigh I have boycotted them at the moment for stealing my dream, but that may not last. You have to respect a good idea and someone putting it into operation.

Another idea I am certain was ripped from my synapses by an idea-sucking satellite is Field Notes. I have often wanted a graph paper journal of just the perfect size, yet sturdy. While it does not currently do my Getting Things Done work, it does a great job of keeping my food journal - a habit encouraged by Weight Watchers. Yes, men can do WW, too.

The two ideas have now coalesced. Double Grrr.

Google Notebook Cut

Sadly, Google Notebook, a google tool I only just began using is now being cut.

I am joining those who mourn its passing. Perhaps this is a casualty of the economy?
